To accomplish these objectives the Board of Directors has established the following programs:


 
1. An annual "Festival de Artes" in the Los Barriles-Buena Vista area.  Assistance to groups from smaller East Cape communities in establishing their own art festivals and arts events. 

2. Community arts and culture tours featuring homes, artist studios and historic buildings.  
 
3. An "artist in residency" program. Artists from other communities are invited to share their resources and guidance to assist in the development of art projects in local schools and in the greater East Cape community. 
 
4. "El Sarape Magico", a traveling Puppet-Marionette theater teaching students how to create a script, make puppets and marionettes and perform at schools and festivals in the community.

5.  Publication of "East Capers", a bi-monthly newspaper supported by ads from the local business community, and featuring articles, creative stories and poems written by local residents
